Prince Charles gives Camilla a royal engagement ring

Britain PrinceCharles and Camilla Parker Bowles engagement came on February 10, 2005. Prince Charles gives Camilla an engagement ring that is said to be platinum and diamond Art Deco era ring once owned by the Queen Mother. The ring appears to have an emerald cut center diamond with three diamonds baguettes on each side of it.
Wedding Details and the Wedding Rings

Prince Charles and Camilla Bowles decided to get married and with a civil ceremony lasts April 9, 2005 at the Windsor Castle, followed by a service of dedication in St. George's Chapel. It was attended by 750 guests including the queen and the Duke of Edinburg.



The couple wedding rings are made from gold from 22 carat (92) Welsh gold from the Clogau St David's mine in Bontddu. The design of the wedding ring was designed by Wartski, a London jeweler that has held the Royal Warrant to the Prince of Wales.

After the wedding, Ms. Parker Bowles is now known as HRM Duchess of Cornwall which will change to the Princess Consort when Charles become King.
